Terms of Service

By inviting or using Aegis Omnibot, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Developer Terms, applicable laws, Roblox's Terms of Use where Roblox verification is enabled, and the rules of the server where Aegis is installed.

Server Owner Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring Aegis permissions, roles, moderation features, AI features, voice features, and music features in a way that fits their community. Do not grant Aegis permissions you do not want it to use.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Aegis to harass users, evade platform rules, distribute malware, collect credentials, spam users, impersonate others maliciously, or automate abuse. Features that perform moderation or administrative actions should be used only by authorized staff.

Roblox presence features are for visible activity alerts and server convenience. Do not market or configure them as stealth tracking, harassment tooling, or a way to bypass Roblox or Discord privacy settings.

Roblox verification features may be used only to confirm account ownership, assign server roles, format nicknames, evaluate configured access rules, and help authorized staff review trust or abuse signals. Do not use Aegis to collect Roblox passwords, impersonate Roblox, mislead users about what they are authorizing, or punish users outside your server's legitimate moderation process.

Invite analytics may be used for source reporting, moderation, onboarding, and legitimate campaign measurement. Do not use Aegis to reward unsolicited advertising, encourage spam invitations, or mass-target members for abuse.

Roblox Sign-In and Verification

Aegis Roblox verification is an identity-linking workflow between Discord and Roblox. Users may be asked to sign in with Roblox or use a temporary profile-code fallback. Verification does not grant Aegis access to Roblox passwords. Users should only approve the official Aegis flow when they understand the server access being requested.

Server owners are responsible for explaining verification requirements to their members, configuring role binds accurately, and ensuring moderators use verification results fairly. Aegis may deny, expire, or require a new verification attempt when a session is invalid, suspicious, duplicated, or outdated.

AI and Generated Content

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect. Users and server staff are responsible for reviewing generated text, images, speech, transcriptions, and recommendations before relying on them. Aegis may refuse or limit unsafe, abusive, or disallowed requests.

Premium and Trials

Aegis may offer premium trials or paid features. Trial length, feature availability, cooldowns, and pricing may change as the product develops. Expensive AI features may be rate limited to control abuse and operating costs.

Availability

Aegis is provided as-is. Hosting outages, Discord API changes, third-party provider outages, or configuration issues may interrupt features. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the bot, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
