Start without disruption
Install Aegis with minimum permissions in a test category, enable logging, and migrate one outcome at a time. Keep the existing bot active until staff verify parity.
Preview before apply
Use the guided setup and replacement import tools to preview roles, panels, welcome flows, and ticket routes. Advanced custom scripting may still need manual review.
